This gym is fantastic. It has a huge powerlifting space, as well as a well stocked free weights section and machines galore.
Wheelchair access is good. There's a ramp to the front door, an accessible toilet and shower room.

The absolute best gym in Nottingham if you're serious about equipment, training and atmosphere. Gym has a great range of old school Nautilus, hammerstrength and Cybex equipment. Wouldn't train anywhere else!!

Been here for about 3 months and my favourite gym in Nottingham. It has all the equipment you need and more plus new additions every few weeks. The atmosphere is also unbeatable- highly recommend!

Competed at Qualifier meet a while back. Fully stocked with all manner of kit from every powerlifting bar under the sun to a large array of bodybuilding machined. Plenty of space and very clean.
Owners were really nice folks, and the sense of community there is very good, everyone seems nice. :)

Without a doubt the best powerlifting gym in the UK. An extremely well equipped gym with an abundance of high quality equipment in both the powerlifting and body building sections of the gym. Fantastic environment to train in, great vibe and awesome staff.

Visited the gym for a powerlifting competition, fantastic friendly venue, plenty of “facilities”, comp was fantastic. Tbh it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to, I’ve worked in fitness for for almost 20 years!
